LUBRIPLATE Neptune Launching Slip Coat is to be applied over the hardened Base Coat layer. Slip Coat is extremely water resistant and can be used over a wide temperature range. Slip Coat is applied from the drum as is. It should not be heated prior to application. After the Base Coat has cooled, the Slip Coat is spread on to the desired thickness. Typical thickness is ¼" to ½". Slip Coat is orange in color making it distinguishable from the Base Coat.
